5. Access to Your Information — Sensitive information is accessible only to authorized administrators, including the Chairperson and designated Super Administrators. Regular members cannot access other members' confidential information.
6. Sharing Information — The Welfare does not sell or share members' personal information except where required by law, with the member's consent, or to protect the Welfare's legal interests.
7. Member Rights — Members have the right to access their personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where legally applicable, and request deletion where permitted by law.
